By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 444gk platform at 444gk.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 444gk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 444gk platform. 444gk reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion, including where compliance with these Terms cannot be reasonably confirmed.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 444gk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, or agreements, whether oral or written.

To register and maintain an account with 444gk, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Access to and use of the 444gk platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 444gk or any affiliated platform.
• You are not registering in a jurisdiction where online betting or gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. 444gk may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals arising from unverified play.

You must keep your registration details up to date. Any material change to your name, address, email address, or payment methods must be reported to 444gk support without delay.

One account per player. Each natural person may hold only one registered account with 444gk. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms. 444gk will close all duplicate accounts and may void any balances or winnings associated with them.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 444gk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Suspicious activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 444gk immediately at [email protected]. 444gk may temporarily suspend account access while an investigation is conducted.

Account closure. You may request the closure of your 444gk account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure that is not subject to active wagering requirements or pending verification will be returned via your verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Inactive accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months will be classified as inactive. 444gk may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts, deducted from any remaining real-money balance. You will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee.

Accepted payment methods. 444gk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other methods as listed in the cashier section of your account. Accepted methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

Minimum deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to any processing time applicable to that method.

Currency. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied by 444gk to BDT transactions. Any charges levied by your mobile money provider or bank in connection with a transaction are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 444gk within one to three business days of approval, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Processing times for credits to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically shorter than for bank transfers. 444gk does not guarantee specific processing times, as these are partly determined by the relevant payment service provider.

Withdrawal conditions. A deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of that deposit amount can be processed. This condition applies to all payment methods and is separate from any bonus wagering requirements. 444gk reserves the right to request identity verification prior to approving any withdrawal, regardless of amount.

Prohibited funding sources. You must not deposit funds derived from any criminal activity or funds that are not legally yours to use. 444gk cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected money laundering or financial fraud and may freeze account balances pending investigation without prior notice.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by 444gk are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and contribution rates are stated in the promotion-specific terms.

Bonus validity. All bonuses carry a validity period after which unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds will be automatically removed from your account. The validity period applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms.

Abuse of promotions. 444gk reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in guaranteed profit from bonus funds; using automated software to meet wagering requirements; or exploiting a technical error in bonus calculation. Determination of bonus abuse is at 444gk's sole discretion.

One bonus per player. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is entitled to claim a given promotional offer once only, regardless of the number of payment methods or devices used.

Bet placement. All bets placed through 444gk are final once confirmed by the platform. You are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including the event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming placement. 444gk will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of player error.

Odds and market suspension. 444gk reserves the right to suspend betting markets, alter odds, or void bets at any time without prior notice, including in response to changes in the relevant event (such as weather delays, player substitutions, or match abandonment). Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account.

Maximum stakes and payouts. 444gk may impose maximum stake and maximum payout limits on any market, event, or game type at its discretion. These limits may vary between markets and may be adjusted at any time. Limits applicable to your account are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement.

Settlement errors. In the event that a bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, 444gk will correct the settlement as soon as the error is identified. Any winnings paid as a result of an incorrect settlement that exceed the correct payout will be reclaimed from the player's account.

Live betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. 444gk does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets during any event and may withdraw live betting for a specific event at any time without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444gk platform. 444gk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account and void all associated balances and pending bets where prohibited conduct is identified:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing anomalies, whether or not you believe the error to be to your advantage. You must report any error to 444gk support immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing match-related information not available to the general public, or coordinating bets to guarantee a combined profit regardless of outcome.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise.
• Registering using false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 444gk staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the 444gk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game titles, and the overall appearance and layout of the platform, is the property of 444gk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 444gk platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 444gk platform without the prior written consent of 444gk.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's applicable licence terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444gk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
